Description

You will design, develop, and optimize back-end systems using Ruby and Node.js.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and refactoring of Ruby and Node.js applications to improve scalability and performance.
• Refactor legacy codebases to simplify architecture and improve maintainability.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services into existing applications.
• Perform code reviews, mentor developers, and troubleshoot complex debugging issues.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Ruby on Rails development.
• 4+ years of experience in Node.js development.
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and software architecture.
• Proficiency with RESTful APIs and databases (SQL, NoSQL).
• Experience with version control using Git.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with microservices architecture and AWS cloud platforms.
• Experience with automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.
