Description

You will own the design, development, and optimization of scalable back-end systems, with a primary focus on Ruby and Node.js architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable back-end architectures using Ruby on Rails and Node.js.
• Refactor existing applications to improve performance, maintainability, and code quality.
• Optimize system architecture to handle increased load and ensure long-term scalability.
• Debug complex technical issues and collaborate with the team to resolve production problems.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in Ruby on Rails development.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Node.js.
• Deep understanding of software design patterns, architecture, and object-oriented programming principles.
• Proficiency with RESTful APIs and server-side technologies.
• Experience managing both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on experience with Git version control workflows.
• Proven ability to refactor and optimize legacy applications for better performance.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving capabilities.
