You will lead the development and refactoring of Ruby and Node.js applications to ensure scalability and performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and refactoring of Ruby and Node.js applications.
• Refactor legacy codebases to improve performance and simplify architecture.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services into existing applications.
• Perform code reviews and provide mentorship to the team.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Ruby on Rails development.
• 4+ years of experience in Node.js development.
• Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and best practices.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and server-side technologies.
• Expertise in version control using Git.
• Proven ability to refactor and optimize existing applications.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with microservices architecture and AWS.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
