Description

You will build and maintain the core platform and integrations while collaborating with product, design, and quality teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain production-ready Ruby on Rails code.
• Translate product and design requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and internal knowledge sharing.
• Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks and performance issues.
• Write clean, documented, and testable code following best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Ruby on Rails developer.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
• Proficiency in relational database design, SQL, and performance optimization.
• Experience with testing frameworks such as RSpec.
• Experience building and testing RESTful APIs using Postman.
• Experience with AWS and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency with GitHub for version control.
• Strong debugging skills and ability to solve problems independently.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with JavaScript and React.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with API development and integration.
