You will build and maintain production-ready Ruby on Rails applications.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality, testable Ruby on Rails code.
• Translate product and design requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and team knowledge sharing.
• Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks and potential issues.
• Contribute to the improvement of development processes and infrastructure.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Ruby on Rails developer.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
• Proficiency in relational database design, SQL, and performance optimization.
• Experience writing clean, efficient code using RSpec.
• Experience building and testing RESTful APIs with Postman.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency with GitHub and version control workflows.
• Strong debugging skills and ability to solve problems independently.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with JavaScript and React.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with API development and integration.
