Description

You will design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Lead code reviews and enforce best practices in coding and testing.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Ruby on Rails development.
• Strong understanding of MVC architecture and RESTful API design.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms including AWS.
• Experience with CI/CD Pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.
