You will lead end-to-end integration between Ruby on Rails and Java platforms, defining the architecture, roadmap, and long-term strategy for these systems.

Responsibilities

• Define integration architecture and long-term strategy for cross-platform connectivity.
• Act as the technical bridge between RoR and Java teams to resolve cross-platform issues.
• Recommend scalable, secure, and high-performance integration approaches.
• Guide teams through the integration lifecycle and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of software development and architecture experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails and Java.
• Expertise in system integration, microservices, and APIs.
• Experience with cloud deployments.
• Proven ability in stakeholder management and communication.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to AI tools for productivity or design optimization.
