Description
You will lead backend development and team operations for Ruby on Rails and Keycloak applications.
This role is on-site.
Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain scalable backend services using Ruby on Rails and Keycloak.
- Lead development teams, providing technical direction and code reviews.
- Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS or Azure.
- Enforce Agile practices, including continuous integration and delivery workflows.
Required Skills
- 7+ years of professional software development experience.
- Deep expertise in Ruby on Rails application development.
- Hands-on experience with Keycloak identity and access management.
- 2+ years of experience in a Team Lead or technical leadership role.
- 2+ years of cloud experience with AWS or Azure.
- Proven track record in Agile-based development environments.
Preferred Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience with web services integration.
