Description

Lead development of enterprise web applications using Ruby on Rails while mentoring teams and driving technical standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor Agile development teams to ensure sprint commitments are met.
• Drive strategic program plans, roadmaps, and technical estimations.
• Champion internal standards for development frameworks, design patterns, source code, testing, and security.
• Translate product requirements into technical specifications and align corporate goals with actionable objectives.
• Collaborate across functions to manage dependencies and larger initiatives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expertise in Ruby on Rails.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.
• Ability to oversee managerial employee performance.
• Proven ability to implement process improvements.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with React.
• Proficiency in TypeScript.
