Description

You will design and implement high-performance backend APIs and asynchronous systems using Rust.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement backend APIs using Rust, ensuring low latency and high throughput.
• Develop asynchronous systems leveraging Tokio, Axum, and SQLX.
• Optimize system reliability and performance through rigorous code reviews and adherence to Rust ownership, borrowing, and lifetimes.
• Manage database persistence using SQL and relational databases.
• Handle deployment and containerization using AWS and Docker.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of software development experience.
• Proven experience with async Rust frameworks: Tokio, Axum, SQLX.
• Strong understanding of Rust fundamentals including ownership, borrowing, lifetimes, and type safety.
• Experience with AWS and Docker for deployment and containerization.
• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and containerization best practices.
• Understanding of async ecosystems such as Tokio or async-std.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of advertising technology concepts including ad serving, bidding, campaign management, and analytics.
