Description

You will lead embedded software development using Rust on Linux, building microservices and managing hardware interactions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build microservices and interface with ARM Cortex devices, device drivers, and communication protocols (UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, Modbus).
• Connect UI workflows to physical device behavior in collaboration with designers.
• Optimize performance within resource-constrained environments.
• Debug hardware interactions using JTAG, SWD, and logic analyzers.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers.

Required Skills

• 8+ years in embedded systems development focused on Rust and Linux.
• Deep understanding of hardware-software interactions, real-time constraints, and low-level programming.
• Proficiency in communication protocols: UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, Modbus.
• Experience with microcontroller development, ARM Cortex, and device driver implementation.
• Experience with OTA updates, system bootloaders, and secure firmware deployment.
• Hands-on debugging experience with JTAG and SWD.
