Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and convert them into clear technical specifications.
• Manage and prioritize multiple concurrent projects under strict deadlines.
• Engage with clients to manage stakeholder expectations across different organizational units.
• Deliver high-quality solutions while maintaining rigorous quality standards.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of relevant professional experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and the SAFe framework.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for backlog management and tracking.
• Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Strong client engagement and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working across multiple business units in large enterprise settings.
• Exposure to project management with end-to-end initiative leadership.
