Description

You will lead the implementation and customization of SailPoint IdentityIQ for enterprise identity governance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize IdentityIQ using Java and Beanshell for complex business logic.
• Configure and maintain Access Requests, Certifications, Provisioning, and User Lifecycle workflows.
• Implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and manage application onboarding.
• Build and maintain custom rules, workflows, and forms within the IIQ environment.
• Integrate IdentityIQ with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.

Required Skills

• 5–8 years of Identity and Access Management (IAM) experience.
• Hands-on expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ implementation and customization.
• Strong proficiency in Java and J2EE development.
• Experience with Beanshell scripting for IIQ customization.
• Knowledge of Spring framework and Apache Tomcat.
• Proficiency in SQL for data management and querying.
• Basic JavaScript skills for front-end form customization.
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP web services integration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with LDAP and Active Directory.
• Knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and build tools.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and Jira.
