Description

You will drive business development and sales execution within the India and Bangladesh markets for the Oil & Gas sector.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain client relationships to identify new business opportunities and improve customer satisfaction.
• Achieve sales and booking targets through accurate forecasting and reporting.
• Contribute to the establishment of the India Business Unit.
• Promote life cycle and after-market services while managing post-sales payments.
• Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis to drive customer acquisition.

Required Skills

• 5 to 7 years of relevant work experience in the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industries.
• Proven experience in Sales or Business Development.
• Experience selling to Oil & Gas EPCs or Contractors in India.
• Bachelor of Engineering (BE/B.Tech) in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation.
• Ability to forecast sales and bookings for annual plans and budgets.
• Knowledge of managing post-sales payments and expense control.
• Understanding of health, safety, and audit compliance protocols.

Preferred Skills

• MBA degree.
