Description

You will own the technical design, implementation, and optimization of the Salesforce platform, leading administrative efforts and mentoring junior team members.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement custom solutions using custom objects, validation rules, flows, and Lightning Web Components aligned with platform best practices.
  • Architect complex data models, manage data migration, and execute data transformation processes to ensure integrity and scalability.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and Mulesoft, enforcing strict security controls, roles, and permission sets.
  • Conduct regular configuration reviews to enforce coding standards, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain comprehensive system documentation.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications and drive continuous process improvements.

Required Skills

  • 8-14 years of professional experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Deep proficiency in declarative development, including Lightning Builder, Flows, and the Lightning Component Framework (LWC and Aura).
  • Expertise in Salesforce data modeling, management best practices, and security architecture.
  • Proven experience integrating Salesforce via REST and SOAP APIs, specifically with Mulesoft.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Ability to provide technical leadership and mentorship to other administrators.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce releases, platform capabilities, and configuration standards.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience participating in project planning, estimation, and management to ensure timely delivery within scope.
  • Track record of implementing automation and innovative solutions to enhance system capabilities.
