Description

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Salesforce environments, including sandbox management, configuration, and deployment activities
• Support release management and coordinate testing and deployment of Salesforce changes
• Troubleshoot Salesforce configuration and performance issues, and partner with developers on technical problems
• Manage Salesforce integrations with enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms and third-party applications
• Serve as a primary point of contact for Salesforce platform administration and optimization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile or Scrum delivery methodologies

Qualifications

• Required
  • 5–7+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience supporting Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
  • Salesforce Administrator certification
  • Strong experience managing Salesforce sandbox environments, testing activities, and deployments
  • Working knowledge of Apex, triggers, and Salesforce development concepts sufficient to troubleshoot issues and collaborate with developers
  • Experience serving as the primary Salesforce administrator or platform owner within an organization
• Preferred
  • Advanced Salesforce certifications, such as Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant
  • Experience with release management or DevOps tools such as Copado, Gearset, Azure DevOps, Jira, or ServiceNow
  • Experience supporting integrations with ERP platforms such as SAP or other third-party applications
  • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum delivery models
  • Active participation in the Salesforce community or Trailhead
