Description

You will own the administration, automation, and deployment lifecycle for core Salesforce utility operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Flows, validation rules, approvals, and declarative automation across utility processes.
• Manage the security model, including users, roles, profiles, and permission sets, while monitoring org health.
• Execute deployments and coordinate release cycles across Dev, QA, UAT, and Prod environments using Copado.
• Translate utility requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions for customer and energy programs.
• Mentor junior administrators and enforce change management policies.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Salesforce Administration experience.
• 5+ years hands-on experience with Copado DevOps.
• Strong expertise in Flows and declarative automation.
• Deep knowledge of security, sharing, and data model design within Salesforce.
• Experience in large, regulated Salesforce environments.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks.
• Working knowledge of Apex, metadata, and source control.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting energy or utility programs.
• Strong release governance and compliance exposure.
