Description

You will design, build, and deliver Salesforce projects and enhancements while managing business stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deliver Salesforce projects and system enhancements.
• Assess risks and technical impacts on existing systems when adding new functions.
• Identify design flaws and technical problems to implement preventive actions.
• Support user acceptance testing processes to ensure all requirements are met.
• Maintain the Salesforce knowledge base and communicate changes to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or equivalent working with Salesforce.com or Salesforce CPQ.
• Expertise in Salesforce configuration, specifically Flows.
• Hands-on experience with Profiles, Roles, and Validation Rules.
• Proficiency with Data Loader and system troubleshooting.
• Strong data and software application skills.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce certification.
• Previous project management or Salesforce implementation experience.
