Architect and deliver scalable AI solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem, aligning with enterprise AI strategy and Google Cloud Platform initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Google Cloud Platform AI Architect to define enterprise AI strategy and roadmap.
• Architect AI-powered solutions using Einstein Agentforce, Copilot, Data Cloud, Flow, and MuleSoft.
• Identify and deliver high-value AI use cases across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Experience Cloud.
• Establish scalable architecture standards and governance for AI implementations.
• Prototype and implement AI solutions demonstrating measurable business impact.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Salesforce architecture and platform engineering experience.
• Deep expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Einstein, Agentforce, Copilot, and Data Cloud.
• Proficiency in MuleSoft integration and Flow Automation.
• Strong understanding of AI/GenAI adoption patterns and enterprise AI strategy.
• Experience evaluating build-vs-buy AI technology decisions.
• Ability to integrate Salesforce with enterprise AI platforms such as Google Cloud Platform, Vertex AI, OpenAI, or Azure OpenAI.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification.
• Experience with AI orchestration, copilots, RAG, and conversational AI solutions.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and cloud engineering collaboration.
