You will design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality business solutions on the Salesforce platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage implementation of improvements and new functionality within the SFDC application.
• Deliver support and solutions for break/fix issues.
• Administer Salesforce, including creating accounts, defining fields, updating layouts, and managing reports and dashboards.
• Research and develop new Salesforce prototypes and applications.
• Document best practices and operational procedures.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of overall work experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of dedicated Salesforce development experience.
• Proven practical application of Visualforce and Apex Programming.
• Expertise with Force.com APIs and Web Services.
• Ability to perform Salesforce.com configuration tasks (workflows, automated approvals).
• Functional knowledge of Salesforce.com data structure for complex reporting.
• Familiarity with government security clearance requirements.
• Salesforce Developer certification(s).
