Key Responsibilities

Own Salesforce solution architecture, scalability, security, and platform governance.

Lead solution design across Sales Cloud, Certinia PSA, and quote-to-cash processes.

Architect integrations with NetSuite, MuleSoft, Workday, and other enterprise platforms.

Define data models, integration patterns, automation, and technical best practices.

Provide technical leadership to developers, administrators, and integration teams.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

Required Skills

8+ years of Salesforce experience, including architecture responsibilities.

Experience with large-scale Salesforce implementations.

Strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, and quote-to-cash.

Hands-on knowledge of Apex, SOQL, Flow, LWC, Salesforce APIs, and Platform Events.

Strong understanding of enterprise integrations, middleware, data architecture, and security.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Certinia PSA (FinancialForce).

Familiarity with NetSuite, MuleSoft, and Workday.

Experience in professional services or consulting environments.
