You own the design and technical execution of Salesforce solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce architecture and implementation design.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Design and oversee complex low-code and custom development.
• Guide integrations, security models, and platform best practices.
• Mentor team members and provide technical leadership.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of Salesforce experience.
• 4+ years in an Architect role.
• 5+ years experience with Apex, Flows, and Process Builder.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with 2nd Gen Packages.
• Proven skills in debugging, automation, and integration.
• Experience with SQL.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.

Preferred Skills

• Business Analyst experience.
