Description

Drive CRM solution architecture and design complex, enterprise-wide business solutions on the Salesforce platform. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design new solutions using Salesforce customizations and create detailed data flow and architecture diagrams.
• Translate business use cases into functionally and technically feasible solutions.
• Document technical solutions for new projects and integrations while proposing improvements to the existing technology portfolio.
• Communicate technical concepts to both business stakeholders and engineering teams to reach alignment.
• Lead multiple simultaneous projects with fluctuating requirements and time-sensitive deadlines.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience designing enterprise solutions on the Force.com platform using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning.
• 8+ years of experience optimizing Salesforce, managing technical debt, and fine-tuning managed apps and governor limits.
• Expertise in Salesforce Declarative, Programming, and Administration including custom objects, Lightning components, and workflows.
• Proficiency with APEX triggers, SOQL queries, and stored procedures.
• Experience with Salesforce.com Web Services APIs.
• Knowledge of integration and middleware tools such as MuleSoft and Workato.
• Deep understanding of the sales cycle and consumption-based business models.
• Salesforce.com Platform Architect, Developer, or Designer certifications.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to work flexible hours to collaborate with global IT and business teams.
