Lead the architecture and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions, translating business requirements into technical designs.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee complex low-code and custom development on the Salesforce platform.
• Guide integration strategies, security models, and platform best practices.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions.
• Support discovery, testing, training, and delivery efforts.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience on the Salesforce platform.
• 4+ years of experience in an Architect role.
• 5+ years proficiency with Apex, Flows, and Process Builder.
• Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with 2nd Gen Packages.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Strong debugging, automation, and integration skills.
• Strong technical communication with stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Litify.
• Prior Business Analyst experience.
