You will lead the architectural design and modernization of Salesforce structures to support global digital products.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement Salesforce-based structures while optimizing instance performance, stability, and content workflows.
• Evaluate existing codebases to identify inefficiencies, define coding guidelines, and reduce technical debt.
• Streamline Salesforce configurations, including Apex classes, Apex Web services, and API integrations.
• Drive integration between Salesforce and other stack components like analytics, marketing automation, and customer-facing platforms.
• Champion digital standards and Salesforce best practices, specifically focusing on Service Cloud.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, Salesforce modernization, and software development optimization.
• Expertise in Enterprise Architecture.
• Proven experience in Salesforce Modernization.
• Deep understanding of Web Services.
• Experience managing Apex classes and Apex Web services.
• Ability to implement version control best practices within development teams.
• Experience with API integrations.
• Strong background in streamlining development workflows and reducing code bloat.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Service Cloud specifically.
