Description

You will lead the optimization of development practices, reduce technical debt, and modernize the Salesforce ecosystem.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the current codebase to identify inefficiencies and define guidelines for sustainable architecture.
• Architect and implement Salesforce structures to support global digital products and improve instance stability.
• Streamline Salesforce configurations, including Apex classes, Apex Web services, and API integrations.
• Drive the integration of Salesforce with analytics, marketing automation, and customer-facing platforms.
• Champion the adoption of digital standards and Service Cloud best practices across the organization.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, Salesforce modernization, and software development optimization.
• Expertise in Service Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Apex Classes.
• Proficiency in Apex Web services.
• Deep understanding of API integrations.
• Proven ability to implement version control best practices.
• Experience managing content workflows and improving authoring experiences.
• Background in reducing technical debt and code bloat.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with global digital product architecture.
