You will lead the optimization and modernization of the Salesforce ecosystem.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Assess and optimize current codebase practices, defining guidelines for efficient coding and sustainable architecture.
• Architect, design, and implement Salesforce structures to support global digital products, optimizing performance and managing workflows.
• Lead updates to Salesforce configurations, including Apex classes, Apex Web services, and API integrations.
• Drive integration of Salesforce with external technology components like analytics and marketing automation.
• Champion the adoption of digital standards and Salesforce best practices, focusing on Service Cloud.

Required Skills

• 15+ years in enterprise architecture, Salesforce modernization, and software development optimization.
• Hands-on implementation experience with Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce configurations and Apex development.
• Proven experience designing microservices-based architectures and implementing API-first solutions.
• Expertise with Apex Classes, Apex Web Services, and API Integrations.
• Track record reducing technical debt and streamlining development processes in large environments.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management and strategic transformation.
