Lead the design and governance of scalable, secure Salesforce architectures for complex APAC business needs, ensuring alignment with global standards.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and govern Salesforce architectures for complex business requirements across APAC.
• Oversee integration of Salesforce with SAP and enterprise systems using APIs and middleware.
• Create and maintain technical design documents, architecture diagrams, and KDD documents.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies for successful delivery.
• Mentor project teams and communicate alignment between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture.
• Hands-on expertise with Salesforce modules: Sales, Service, Commerce, Marketing, Digital Engagement, Omni Channel, Health Cloud.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with SAP and middleware platforms.
• Proficiency with integration tools: WebMethods, MuleSoft, Informatica.
• Knowledge of API usage and data integration patterns.
• Experience working with IT Product Owners and business stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Ability to apply business process mapping and requirements gathering techniques.
• Salesforce Architect certifications (e.g., Certified Application Architect, Certified System Architect).
