Description

Lead automated and manual testing for Salesforce Service Cloud, Health Cloud, and Case Management modules.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute automated test scripts using Selenium for Salesforce applications.
• Perform manual and automated testing across Service Cloud, Health Cloud, and Case Management.
• Validate Lightning UI components and API integrations for functional correctness.
• Manage test cases and defect tracking within JIRA.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of overall software testing experience.
• 5+ years of dedicated Salesforce testing experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java for writing automation code.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium for Salesforce automation.
• Experience with API testing using RestAssured.
• Knowledge of Lightning UI testing.
• Expertise in Service Cloud, Health Cloud, and Case Management testing.
• Proficiency in JIRA for test case management.
