Description

You own the full lifecycle of Salesforce enhancements, from business analysis and Jira ticket delivery to deployment and production support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own Jira tickets from estimation through testing and deployment, troubleshooting production issues with timely fixes.
• Gather requirements from business users, translate them into user stories, and support UAT and stakeholder alignment.
• Perform complex Salesforce configuration including Flows, Permission Sets, Validation Rules, and Approval Processes.
• Manage data operations such as loads, cleansing, and deduplication while maintaining system security and metadata hygiene.
• Provide guidance on Salesforce best practices and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Required Skills

• 8–10 years of Salesforce experience, including strong administration capabilities.
• Hands-on proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Flow Builder.
• Deep understanding of the Salesforce data model, security model, and platform capabilities.
• Experience working in Agile environments using Jira.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with business stakeholders.
• Salesforce Administrator certification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the Semiconductor industry.
• Ability to serve as the onsite subject-matter expert for day-to-day needs.
