Key Responsibilities
Lead persona discovery and requirements-gathering workshops across business
units.
Define user personas, business processes, access requirements, and least-privilege
access models.
Conduct current-state assessments of Salesforce security and access configurations.
Analyze and inventory Profiles, Permission Sets, Permission Set Groups, Roles,
Queues, Licenses, Public Groups, and Integration/System Users.
Identify over-privileged access, orphaned accounts, license utilization issues, and
Segregation of Duties (SoD) risks.
Develop risk assessment and remediation matrices along with impact analysis.
Design and recommend target-state RBAC / ABAC security models.
Rationalize Salesforce security using Permission Set Groups, Muting Permission
Sets, Restriction Rules, Sharing Rules, and Public Groups.
Evaluate access requirements for Agentforce / Agentic AI, Einstein capabilities, and
automated Salesforce Flows.
Define security guardrails and access boundaries for AI agents and automation.
Translate business and security requirements into user stories, functional
specifications, BRDs, and process documentation.
Create current-state to future-state mapping and traceability matrices.
Develop process flows and visual documentation using Lucidchart, Visio, or similar
tools.
Collaborate with Salesforce architects, developers, security teams, compliance
teams, and business leadership.
Prepare executive-ready reports and presentations to communicate security risks,
recommendations, and transformation progress.
Support change management, governance, and stakeholder adoption activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Salesforce Business Analysis
8+ years of overall Business Analyst experience.
5+ years of experience working on Salesforce enterprise implementations.
Strong experience with Salesforce security, access management, governance, and/or
platform rationalization.
Strong requirements elicitation, stakeholder management, workshop facilitation,
and documentation skills.

The ideal candidate should have:
8+ years of experience
Strong Salesforce Business Analysis background
Enterprise Salesforce security and access-management experience
Experience with security rationalization or platform transformation initiatives
Strong understanding of RBAC / ABAC concepts
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
Experience working with business leaders, compliance teams, and Salesforce
technical architects
Bench profiles preferred
