You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical Salesforce implementation.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into technical requirements and system configurations within Salesforce.
• Manage data reporting and administration to support business decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and project stakeholders to deliver requirements.
• Apply business analysis tools and techniques to solve complex organizational problems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a business analyst capacity.
• Proficiency with Salesforce system configuration, administration, and reporting.
• Experience with SQL, Snowflake, and Tableau.
• Proficiency using JIRA for task and requirement tracking.
• Working knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with technical and business teams.

Preferred Skills

• Public sector experience.
• Government Cloud experience.
