Description

Lead business analysis efforts within the Salesforce ecosystem, bridging user requests and functional technical requirements.

You will own the decomposition of high-level business information into detailed requirements, documenting them using standard templates. Evaluate existing business processes to identify improvement areas and implement scalable solutions. Manage a team of analysts responsible for system development and existing system improvements. Conduct integration testing, develop test scenarios based on user stories, and coordinate SIT and UAT with SI teams. Provide level II production support, resolve low to medium level tickets, and lead application training for end users.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct integration testing, develop test scenarios, and coordinate SIT and UAT with SI teams.
  • Provide level II production support, resolve tickets, and lead application training.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, IT management, or related fields.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce workflows, processes, and system administration.
  • Proficiency in Jira for ticket creation and standard report generation.
  • Strong competency in Microsoft Excel, Visio, and Teams.
  • Experience performing QA functions and managing change management issues.
  • Proven ability to capture requirements that support high-quality, maintainable solutions.

Preferred Skills

  • Salesforce Certified System Administrator.
  • PMI, IIBA, or ABAB certifications.

Bachelor's degree
