You will analyze business needs and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions, partnering with stakeholders and technical teams to improve operational processes.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and user needs to document requirements and devise technical solutions.
• Formulate and define systems scope and objectives for enterprise Salesforce initiatives.
• Create process changes by integrating new processes with existing ones and communicating changes to business users.
• Facilitate the delivery of technical business solutions in an Agile environment.
• Recommend and facilitate quality improvement efforts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in systems analysis and business analysis.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, administrators, and architects.
• Strong experience working with Project Managers and cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record in Agile environments.
• Ability to bridge business and technical teams effectively.
• Strong analytical, communication, and facilitation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with moderately complex information modification.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
