Description

You will translate business requirements into technical specifications for the Salesforce platform, acting as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the engineering team.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Document user stories and requirement specifications, capturing both functional and nonfunctional needs.
• Convert business requirements into detailed technical specifications to guide developer implementation.
• Liaise with stakeholders and executive sponsors to align project deliverables with business goals.
• Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies throughout the project and development lifecycle.
• Utilize Life Science Cloud, Health Cloud, and Service Cloud to support pharma and healthcare domains.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce.com CRM and Force.com platform development lifecycle.
• Expert-level understanding of platform-specific design patterns, limits, and architecture.
• Experience with Life Science Cloud, Health Cloud, or Service Cloud in US Pharma/Healthcare contexts.
• Practical experience with GenAI capabilities and applications.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum frameworks.
• Salesforce certification required.
• Ability to articulate technical environments and product architecture clearly.

Preferred Skills

• Demonstrable experience with GenAI tools in a Salesforce context.
• Background in US Pharma or Life Sciences/Healthcare projects.
