Lead Salesforce architecture, implementation, and support across multiple business units.

Chicago, IL, USA is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and design workshops to define application functionality.
• Build design documents and perform feasibility analysis for technical solutions.
• Define mapping specifications for integrating Salesforce with other enterprise applications.
• Manage onsite and offshore support teams to handle Level 2 and 3 incidents and problem reduction.
• Provide technical architecture guidance to ensure alignment with enterprise standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce.com project implementation and enterprise-level regional rollouts.
• Deep technical knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce Lightning.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com integrations.
• Proven experience migrating from Salesforce Classic to Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and Lightning.
• Full life cycle implementation and support experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate technical solutions to business users.
