Description

You will implement and customize Salesforce solutions for CRM needs.

Responsibilities

• Setup, customize, and develop Salesforce implementations across sales, service, and marketing objects.
• Configure data model, security, workflows, validation rules, and approval processes using Process Builder and Flow.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications (ERP, Website) using SOAP and REST middleware.
• Drive technical design from functional requirements, scoping solutions and leading projects architecturally.
• Perform code reviews and execute unit tests on developed modules.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience implementing Salesforce.com.
• Hands-on experience with Apex, Visual Force Page, JavaScript, SOQL, and Test Class.
• Proficiency in configuration areas: Email Template, Translation Workbench, and Customer/Partner Portal.
• Expertise in data migration processes within Salesforce.com.
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning and knowledge of Classic to Lightning migration challenges.
• Familiarity with secondary Salesforce APIs (Metadata API, Streaming API).
• Strong understanding of relational data, Custom Objects, and lead flow management.
• Experience with MySQL.
• Ability to assess technical design impacts due to functional requirement changes.
