Description

You will own the end-to-end implementation and customization of Salesforce solutions for CRM, covering sales, service, and marketing domains.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure data models, security, workflows, validation rules, and approval processes using Process Builder and Flow.
• Develop and customize Salesforce implementations using Apex, Visualforce, and JavaScript, ensuring high code quality through unit tests and reviews.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications (ERP, Website) using SOAP and REST APIs.
• Drive technical design from functional requirements, scoping solutions and leading projects architecturally.
• Execute data migration processes and manage the transition from Classic to Lightning.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience implementing Salesforce.com solutions.
• Hands-on proficiency with Apex, Visualforce Pages, SOQL, and Test Classes.
• Strong experience with JavaScript and relational data structures.
• Knowledge of MySQL for data handling and integration.
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning and understanding of Classic to Lightning migration challenges.
• Familiarity with secondary Salesforce APIs, including Metadata API and Streaming API.
• Proficiency in configuring Email Templates, Translation Workbench, and Customer/Partner Portals.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with lead flow management and custom object design.
• Ability to assess technical design impacts due to functional requirement changes.
