Description

Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations across the full project lifecycle, managing design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.

Responsibilities

• Execute all project phases from design through deployment and support.
• Determine the optimal balance between declarative configuration and custom code.
• Write well-designed, testable, efficient, and reusable code.
• Manage project scope and client expectations while coordinating team tasks.
• Translate business requirements into technical Salesforce solutions across departments.

Required Skills

• 5 to 5.5 years of mandatory Salesforce implementation experience.
• Minimum of 3 end-to-end cycles on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Salesforce Platform Developer 1 certification.
• Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant certification.
• Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant certification.
• Proficiency in Apex, Flows, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components.
• Strong integration experience developing and consuming REST and SOAP services.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented concepts, abstraction, and inheritance.
• Experience with Git version control and CI/CD processes.

Preferred Skills

• Marketing Cloud experience.
