Description

Lead solution design and architectural oversight for enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Health Cloud, and Data Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications, maintaining detailed documentation such as EPICS, user stories, and gap analyses.
• Facilitate requirement gathering workshops and design discussions with stakeholders across global teams.
• Build prototype configurations to validate business needs and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture.
• Coordinate with development, QA, and offshore teams during build, test, and deployment phases.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and dependencies across multiple parallel Salesforce programs.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years in the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience in 4–5 end-to-end Salesforce implementations, each lasting at least 6 months.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce configuration, administration, and core platform capabilities.
• Deep understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Health Cloud, and Data Cloud.
• Proficiency in requirements analysis, backlog management, and documentation tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Mandatory domain experience in Healthcare Payer, preferably within the Sales stream.
• Proven experience working in large-scale, multi-program enterprise environments.
• Ability to interact effectively with global teams and senior leadership in distributed delivery models.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce certifications (Administration or Consulting).
• Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and code optimization on the Force.com platform.
