Description

Design and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions across multi-cloud implementations, including Health Cloud and Data Cloud.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects to design solutions and lead requirements gathering workshops.
• Create detailed documentation including BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and gap analysis.
• Manage communication with executive stakeholders and coordinate across onsite-offshore teams.
• Build prototype configurations and support Agile processes and Scrum of Scrums.
• Participate in CRM roadmap planning and drive 4–5 end-to-end implementations.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in Salesforce.
• Hands-on expertise in Salesforce Administration, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Strong Business Systems Analysis (BSA) skills with experience in Health Cloud (Payer Environment).
• Proficiency in Salesforce Data Cloud and Agentforce/AI-driven workflows.
• Demonstrated experience in Healthcare Payor Domain.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Certified Business Analyst.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Apex and Visualforce with experience in code optimization.
• Prior experience with UST.
