Description

You will lead solution design and business analysis for large-scale Salesforce implementations. You own the requirements lifecycle, from initial gathering to documentation and validation.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design activities in Salesforce, collaborating with architects and stakeholders to define technical approaches.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, creating epics, user stories, use cases, and gap analysis documents.
• Facilitate workshops and design discussions with business and IT teams to ensure clarity of requirements and alignment with goals.
• Build prototype configurations in Salesforce to support design validation and coordinate with development and testing teams during implementation.
• Manage requirements and issue tracking using Jira and Confluence, supporting CRM roadmap planning and architectural oversight.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years focused on Salesforce.
• Proven experience participating in or leading 4–5 Salesforce implementations (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Health Cloud, or Data Cloud).
• Strong expertise in Salesforce solution design, consulting, objects, configuration, and administration.
• Deep experience in requirements analysis and documentation, including epics, user stories, and gap analysis.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for requirements and issue tracking.
• Ability to work in large-scale enterprise environments with multiple parallel projects and global onsite-offshore coordination.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including interaction with senior leadership.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the healthcare payer domain, particularly in sales processes.
• Knowledge of Apex and Visualforce, including code optimization or re-engineering.
