Own the requirements lifecycle for Salesforce CRM platforms within the financial services sector.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements for Salesforce CRM, focusing on sales cycles, pipelines, and funnels.
• Manage and cleanse CRM data, ensuring integrity for financial services operations.
• Perform complex data analysis using SQL and Excel (Lookups, VB Macros).
• Develop data analytics solutions using Python to support business decisions.
• Collaborate directly with business users to validate requirements and ensure delivery.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst specializing in Salesforce CRM.
• Deep understanding of financial services sales processes and data structures.
• Proficient in SQL for data extraction and querying.
• Advanced Excel skills, including VBA Macros.
• Experience with Python for data analytics tasks.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Strong independent communication skills to work with stakeholders.
