Description

You will lead the conception, design, engineering, and implementation of Salesforce technology solutions to solve business problems.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Triggers, LWC, and REST/SOAP integrations based on business needs and system flows.
• Act as the technical expert, leading projects and technical staff to implement new solutions and operational improvements.
• Conduct design and code reviews, identifying gaps and recommending corrective actions.
• Create design patterns and coding best practices for staff and vendors.
• Own the total project scope, budget, and ensure timely completion of all assigned tasks.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor less experienced staff and vendors.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of Salesforce administration and development experience.
• Proficiency in Apex, Triggers, LWC, REST, and SOAP integrations.
• Expertise in SOQL, SOSL, and SQL with RDBMS (e.g., SQL Server/Oracle/DB2).
• Experience designing and implementing new processes and facilitating user adoption.
• Ability to perform impact analysis across applications and systems.
• Understanding of Salesforce Release Notes and capability to conduct Proofs of Concept (POCs).
• Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years of experience, or equivalent practical experience.
• Salesforce.com Administrator and Platform Developer I/II certifications.
