Description

Lead the design, engineering, and implementation of Salesforce technology solutions to solve complex business problems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Triggers, LWC, and REST/SOAP integrations.
• Lead technical staff and projects, conducting design and code reviews to identify gaps.
• Create design patterns and coding best practices for internal staff and vendors.
• Own project scope and ensure timely completion of all assigned tasks.
• Mentor less experienced staff and facilitate user adoption of new processes.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of Salesforce administration and development experience.
• Proficiency in Apex, Triggers, LWC, and REST/SOAP integrations.
• Expertise in SOQL, SOSL, and SQL with RDBMS (SQL Server, Oracle, DB2).
• Ability to perform impact analysis across applications and systems.
• Understanding of Salesforce Release Notes and capability to conduct POCs.
• Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years of experience, or equivalent practical experience.
• Salesforce.com Administrator and Platform Developer I/II certifications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, or DB2 environments.
