Description

Design, build, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions, including AI-driven automation using Agentforce and Einstein.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom applications, workflows, and business processes using Apex, Visualforce, Aura, and Lightning Web Components.
• Build and configure AI-powered conversational agents, prompts, and workflows using Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein, and Copilot Studio.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware; troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
• Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements, identify AI use cases, and implement scalable automation.
• Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to coding standards, and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce platform development.
• Proficiency in Apex, JavaScript, Lightning, Aura, LWC, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Experience with Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein AI, Prompt Builder, and AI-driven automation.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud, AI governance, and security best practices.
• Expertise in integrating Salesforce with external enterprise systems using APIs.
• Functional knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools, Salesforce CLI, VS Code, and Ant Script.
• Ability to optimize query performance and data processing.

Preferred Skills

• Banking or Finance domain experience.
• Experience with responsible AI frameworks and data privacy compliance.
