Description

You will lead a development team in designing and implementing Salesforce applications, overseeing integration and mentoring junior staff.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce applications using Apex and Visualforce.
• Oversee the integration of Salesforce Financial Service Cloud into existing systems.
• Translate stakeholder business requirements into technical solutions and guide the team on Lightning components.
• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure completion on time and within budget.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Proficiency in Apex and Visualforce for custom application development.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Financial Service Cloud.
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning components and the Lightning Design System.
• Adept at using Salesforce development tools for integration and data management.
• Expertise in Salesforce data management to ensure integrity and security.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading development teams.
• Background in financial services domain.
