You will design and architect Salesforce solutions while leading technical implementation and data migration projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect Salesforce solutions using advanced configuration tools.
• Customize the platform using Apex and Visualforce.
• Lead complex data migration projects to Salesforce.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications through design workshops.
• Mentor junior developers and liaise between technical teams and stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Senior Salesforce Developer or Architect.
• Proficiency in Apex and Visualforce.
• Extensive experience managing data migration processes.
• Strong background in functional consulting and business process analysis.
• Ability to conduct workshops and gather requirements from stakeholders.
• Knowledge of industry best practices, security, and regulatory compliance standards.
• Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce certifications such as Technical Architect or Advanced Administrator.
• Prior experience in a senior functional consultant role.
