Description

Lead the technical strategy and design of enterprise-level solutions on the Salesforce platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions that meet organizational requirements and follow industry best practices.
• Develop and maintain technical architecture documentation, including solution diagrams and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with technical teams, testers, and vendors like Tyler Technologies and Velocity Payment Gateway to design tailored solutions.
• Ensure Salesforce components integrate effectively with legacy systems and the OneStop platform.
• Mentor team members to ensure all integrations and solutions are scalable across the enterprise.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce architecture and integration.
• Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce Pages, HTML, CSS, and SQL.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce capabilities such as Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Field Service Lightning.
• Proven ability to design scalable enterprise solutions.
• Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders, including engineers, architects, and business analysts.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, Platform Developer I/II, or System Architect.
• FLMI certification.
