Description

You will own the development, maintenance, and support of applications within the Salesforce platform and related corporate systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and support applications using recommended best practices across the Salesforce platform and other corporate tools.
• Translate functional requirements from internal customers into technical implementations for process automation and new application builds.
• Manage projects from specification gathering through development, QA, UAT, and production deployment.
• Document software development standards and practices and enhance team knowledge through sharing technical innovations.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of development experience on the Salesforce platform.
• Proficiency in developing LWC, Apex, and Aura Components.
• Strong grasp of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Solid understanding of Lightning Flows, Batch Processing, and Trigger Management.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce Limits and associated best practices.
• Experience with various SDLC methodologies and deployment tools (GIT, Copado, Dev Ops Center).
• Strong technical background in web/software development, relational databases, and object-oriented concepts.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM solutions, including Experience Cloud configuration and development.
